There’s no better way to grow your brand, business, or your own image than to grow your likes on Instagram. Growing a popular Instagram takes time, so many there’s a handful of companies that sell likes and followers. One of these companies, Automatic Viral, claims to deliver likes from real users. The website advertises automatic detection of new uploads, matching views, and dynamic likes to make sure profiles maintain a natural look and don’t raise suspicion. There’s even a money back guarantee if you aren’t satisfied with their service within 30 days, sounds like a real deal, huh? We put the service to the test to find out if these likes were truly “real” people and if the service worked like advertised. After a few weeks of using the service, the results were not as expected.
Timing of Likes are Unnatural
The service’s website says that new uploads are detected within 30 seconds, however, this quick detection means that your post is going to get most of the likes within a few minutes of uploading it. If you purchase the 750 likes per most plan, at least 650 of those likes will be delivered within 10 minutes of posting new content. The rate of the likes makes it not realistic at all and literally spells “f-a-k-e.” This service is definitely not the route to go if you want a steady stream of likes that appear natural. The worst part is, the followers/likes you did not purchase will begin to notice the strange activity on your posts.
Obvious Bot Accounts
Not only do posts get likes unrealistically fast, the majority of the likes (if not all) come from accounts that are obviously fake and bot accounts. Most of the likes come from accounts that lack profile photos, have strange and unnatural names, and have little to none posts and followers on their accounts. If your goal is to get real people to like your post, stay away this website. The accounts they use wouldn’t fool even the newest Instagram users and definitely seem to be mass generated.
Poor Consistency Among Posts
The one positive thing about this service is that you generally get the number of likes you paid per on each post. If you pay for the 500 per post plan, don’t expect to get that exact amount on each post. One major flaw is that posts can be missed (no likes will be received at all) and also there’s sometimes a long lag after uploading a new post and getting likes. This lag time is probably due to a poor server on the service’s end. Sometimes posts are actually skipped and then you get double the likes on the next photo which makes your account look even more inconsistent.
Supbar Support
If you run into a problem with receiving your likes, don’t expect a quick response from site, or even a response at all. The “support” link in the footer takes you to a FAQ page with some vague answers to some common questions. The FAQ page is good for starters but isn’t really all the helpful. There’s an option to contact support by email but no phone number is listed on the website. If you do contact support by email, expect to wait many days or even weeks to get a response.
Pricing
Conclusion
The service is good if you are only concerned about the numbers on your Instagram. The service is relatively expensive ($17 for the cheapest option of 100 likes per post) for the subpar support and low-quality likes. Keep in mind, your followers will be able to tell easily that most of your likes are coming from bots. Give AutoMaticViral a shot if you just care about numbers and have a large budget, otherwise it is recommended to get likes naturally or find a service that uses real accounts and not bots to give you likes.
2019 Update
It appears that Automatic Viral may be out of business. When visiting their website you receive the message that they are no longer accepting customers. If you are a customer please let us know if you are still receiving service and if you have been notified of any closings.

I was not happy with their services and switched to another provider after one week.
The price was pretty good. You get what you pay for though I guess.
The likes came in very fast, like instantly. I asked that they be sent slow but support ignored me. The likes came from empty accounts, they looked very fake.

I was liking this company at first. My Instagram was growing and the likes almost doubled after using them. But today my account was inactive so I paid using a different credit card on file and they kept acting like they didn’t get the payment. It was hard contacting them and the payment definitely came out of my husband credit card, then they kept sending me an automated message that wasn’t addressing the issue. After this is resolved I won’t be using them anymore. So they are good until you get a real issue then it’s going to be hard to resolve.
Fast likes, more followers especially if used with hash tags
Once theirs a payment issue or any real issue their email support sucks! Won’t address the issue

Automatic Viral is garbage. 50% of my posts never received likes. When I did get my likes they came in about 20 seconds and all looked fake. One thing I should note is they do not accept Paypal, probably because of all of the disputes they got. I use Amex so was easily able to create a chargeback.
If you want fast cheap likes and don’t care what they look like this is the place.
You get what you pay for. Fake looking accounts, missed posts.

The 30 days money back guarantee made me want to try this out. Just like you mentioned in this article, the timing is way off. The likes should come after a bit of time, in small chunks not all at once so it’s noticeable. Some posts got lots and lots of likes while others didn’t get a single one which looked weird and spammy. Needless to say I asked for my money back after I saw what kind of service they were offering.

Well, I can understand why others may not like this service: some accounts look unreal, they send likes too fast in some cases and so on. But they also do a good job in some cases and for me, I had a few posts that really delivered because of these likes so it was a good experience for me. Could be better? Yes, of course.

Can’t contact them by phone, not to mention the lack of a live chat. I had to email them 4 times to get a reply and that was after 2 days of my fourth email! Amazing service, what can I say. I really don’t understand how they are still in business. Could they be fooling so many people into thinking they are doing a good job? And how about this lack of support when there’s an issue? Don’t people see that?

650 likes from 750 delivered within 10 minutes!? That’s not good at all. Man that sucks. I was looking forward to using them. I don’t want my real followers to know I am using this kind of service. I want real looking likes from real accounts and I’m willing to pay for this.

The servers are really something with this company. I constantly had to contact them to ask why my likes weren’t showing up 30-60 minutes after posts where posted. Their support is ok but there are a lot of problems that make me wonder how this company has survived until now.

I can attest to the conclusions of this review. They do indeed send a lot of likes way too quickly. It looks very suspicious and their accounts also look robotic. Stay away from this service. There are plenty of others that are better.

They don’t reply to your emails! Don’t use them because they don’t care. I’ve sent them dozens of emails asking what was going one with my missing likes and got no reply after 2 weeks of waiting! The worst service I have ever used in my life! 0 stars is too much for this.

These bot accounts are so obvious that it’s not even funny. I don’t want to pay $17 or more to get likes from super shady accounts. And don’t get me started on their support. It’s really not the right word for what that is. More like “we’re going to answer whenever we like to and sometimes we may never do it.” A disaster of a like service.

It seems like I’m one of the few that found this service good. I’m not saying great because it isn’t that. And, for what it offers, the price is big. If it would have been $8 I would have rated it a 4.

Worst Instagram likes service I’ve ever seen. Everything about it is just trash. From the price tag being almost $20.00 to the accounts that like the photos and everything in between. It’s not a good service to get involved with and I recommend that everyone should stay away.

If you are looking for a service to get likes… I’m warning you, choose another. You’ll find that this service is extremely buggy and the likes are not consistent at all. There is no spacing between likes and anyone with a brain will know that you have bought likes on the photo. Or you may want people to know that. Go ahead and try for yourself.

SCAM – Have been charging me for months despite never signing up
coco –
Same they have been charging us for months and we never signed up! who do we contact?
Christina M. –
If you cancel your subscription and still have paid credits, you can no longer use them even though they are paid for already. I had over 1000 likes still available and now I cant use them unless I sign back up for a subscription. I’ll be moving on.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. If i could give this 0 stars i would. I was with them for about a year and a half and they delivered everything as promised at first, but then after 6 months, I started getting less and less likes and i would post a picture at 8:15am and by 6:30pm i’d only have 200/500 likes total of the picture from them. I ignored it at first thinking it was just a glitch. and then in started happening to every single picture for the next two weeks… and they always sent me an email after i complained and they would give me the bull shit excuse everytime “sorry we’ll give you more points or refund your points” but never refunded the money to me that month i had paid for and unfortunately it continued until now. so eventually i searched them on google and saw they were “shut down” because of them scamming people. their main website says “not accepting new customers” which means the people who have memberships now are being scammed. this website is TRASH.

They are the worst of the worst website services I have ever deal with, don’t even give them a chance . Spent over $500 with them and got back what worth $20 , there website is down all the time and they respond time is 24 hours if they do .

Had 4 subscriptions with them for automatic likes on unlimited post. Likes looked very fake, had tons of delivery issues, and then they stated they were changing all the subscriptions and limiting it to 30 post per month. I cancelled all my subscriptions when they informed me of this, then they emailed me asking why I had cancelled. I explained it to them, and they stated that the email had been sent by mistake, and that my subscriptions still had unlimited likes. Once they reassured me there would be no changes on my accounts I renewed with them. Once they got more money out of me, they only sent likes on 30 post, and when I contacted them, their response was basically oh well, we changed our mind. Dishonest and Worst Customer service ever. BE WARNED!

They will fraudulently charge your credit card!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I reported the charges 4x to them and they kept charging me. This company is a scam and should be reported and taken down.

I’ve been using them for almost a year. They have had a lots of problems with Instagram. I’m not happy. They rarely deliver the subscribed likes on all my posts. I am looking for another provider

I have used for several months…
They tell you that you get 500likes every post, however, many Times I did not get them…
When I write them to tell this issue, they said that they have delivered the likes… however this is not true…
THE SERVICE IS NOT RELIABLE
Seth tena –
Don’t get the likes tar I paid for.
They just want your money.
Stay away from them.
